Shipping policy

Our current turn around time is 3-5 business days*  during peak times (Easter, Christmas) our turn around times can be up to 7 business days. 

*hampers are excluded from this. These can take up to 14 business days due to availability*

Please keep in mind ordering express shipping does not mean our processing time will be quicker. All orders are still made and posted within the time frames mentioned above. We do not accept refunds due to customers expecting quicker processing times from ordering express shipping.

We are located in Wollongong, New South Wales, please consider this when choosing your shipping method.

The below shipping estimations are for parcel post  

• Standard 3-10 days
• Express 1-4 days

The below shipping estimations are for letter post (this does NOT include tracking)

• 7-14 business days
  

The above is only an estimation ONLY and may take longer depending your location or any delays in the postal network especially on public holiday periods. Please note shipping times do not include processing time of your order. We do not have any control over the postal network and delivery delays once your order is handed to Australia Post.
