Refund policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, time is of the essence, we will try to cancel your order before the production process has begun. Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 48 hours of the purchase. Unfortunately, after that time the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified because production would have already started.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Because our products are all custom made and unique, we only accept returns and replace your order if an item you received has a major problem. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If my order arrives damaged or is faulty
Each product that we send is securely wrapped with the utmost care to ensure your package gets to you safely. Unfortunately, parcels get damaged on the rare occasion. If any of your products are damaged in transit please email us at littlesuncreations@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product, and please include your order number and photos of the damage. Once we have this information we can work on fixing the problem, weather that be getting a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible or refunding you.
*Damaged or faulty items are assessed on a case by case basis, hence the importance of sending photos. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may ask for you to return the product to us. If this is the case you will be asked to send us the shipping details including tracking number, and you will be refunded once the product as been returned.
The cost of shipping of the original item will not be credited/refunded.
If my order has a spelling mistake or typo
If the error was ours, we will take full responsibility for it, and we will promptly replace the item at our own expense. We will use the original invoice or message you typed when ordering as our reference to determine this.
If the error was made by you (as reflected on your order receipt), or you have a change of mind, we will not replace the product. We urge that before placing your order, you double check all the spelling for accuracy to avoid this happening. If you notice a mistake on your invoice after placing your order, please email us immediately at littlesuncreations@gmail.com so we are able to correct this before making and sending your order.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Occasionally our customers address details are incorrect or insufficient on the order form. If this happens and Australia Post is unable to deliver your package, the parcel will be returned to us.
- We will inform you via email within three business days of the parcel being returned to us.
- An applicable redelivery fee will apply, to facilitate the delivery of the parcel to an alternative address.
- Orders returned to us for any of the reason, cannot be cancelled and refunded
If my Parcel Arrives Late
Unfortunately once we have shipped your order we have no control over how long the item takes to be delivered. Most items are delivered within the timeframe specified on your chosen postage option, on the rare occasion your item doesn't arrive within 7 business days of the time specified please contact us at littlesuncreations@gmail.com so we can contact AustraliaPost to try and locate your package.
We do not send replacement products because your item has not arrived within the time frame. If your item is confirmed as lost by Australia post they will refund you the item cost. We do not refund items that have not been delivered.
